After receiving RERA approval a month ago, emerging luxury developer Trinity has started construction of its ultra-luxury residential project, Sky Palazzo Residences. With an investment of Rs 1,200 crore, the Trinity project will generate over 5,000 jobs directly as well as through support partners.

The project, which features a man-made beach at the heart of the development, is expected to be completed by 2029. Located on the Dwarka Expressway, the project spans around 11 acres across all phases and includes North India’s first man-made beach residences.

Phase 1 comprises 345 residences (3 & 4BHK), each featuring a four-sided open design, double-height deck, private lift lobby, and 3.65-meter floor-to-ceiling height. The development includes a 1.5 lakh sq ft clubhouse and amenities.

Avinash Nagpal, senior vice president projects, Trinity, said, “Construction has commenced rapidly. Excavation was completed within one month of RERA approval, and piling is underway. We are onboarding our construction partner soon.”
